The Level 3 Award in Mentoring in the Workplace is now open to anyone working in our industry. Hosted by the Racing Staff Development Programme, the Thoroughbred Breeders' Association is proud to support this valuable qualification.

The Racing Staff Development Programme (RSDP) is pleased to announce the Industry Insights Weekly Webinar Series 2026. Running February to November, this series offers four webinars each month, held on Thursdays from 1:30pm to 2:30pm providing racing and breeding staff and industry professionals with a unique opportunity to expand knowledge, develop skills and stay up to date with key topics in the industry.

Finding Positive Ways Forward - join an expert global panel assembled by the ITBF in a Q&A hosted by Nick Luck as they discuss numerous concepts around collaboration of securing and promoting the Thoroughbred.

Britain is home to world-leading breeding operations and a new series portrays six of those studs with the aim of encouraging future international investment into British breeding. Breeders from all around the world have set up studs or broodmare bands in Britain, recognising the outstanding boarding facilities, welfare standards and the expertise of the breeding industry.
