Introduction to People Management course
Later this year, RSDP will host two short courses entitled "Introduction to People Management" in the Cotswolds (August 26th) and Chepstow (October 28th).
The course is aimed at breeding/racing staff of all ages and experience who are looking to learn more for career progression or brush up on their team leadership skills.
The one day course covers topics including:
- communication
- handling conflict
- employment law
- motivation
- team building
- styles of leadership
