The Racing Staff Development Programme (RDSP) is hosting a one day Introduction to People Management course aimed at those in the breeding and racing industry wanting to progress their leadership skills.
Hosted at two separate venues later this year, the one day course is a perfect fit for people on stud farms interested in developing their understanding of leadership in an equine working environment.
