Equine First Aid Course
Covering a range of common equine emergencies, you’ll learn how to assess the situation quickly, what immediate actions to take, and just as importantly, what not to do. You'll also gain a clear understanding of when to contact the vet, how to describe symptoms effectively, and what information is crucial to relay.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Level 3 Award in Equine Emergency First Aid, a valuable credential for those working in or entering the thoroughbred breeding industry.
The course is delivered by the Racing Staff Development Programme and is available for just £50, including a complimentary lunch. The date is Monday, June 23rd from 9am-4pm.
