TBA Chief Executive Naomi Mellor is joined by Jamie Jackson from the National Stud for a conversation that cuts through the paperwork behind getting your mare in foal. In this webinar, they take a closer look at the different documents that are required and the importance of vet certificates and non-negotiables for protecting the health of stallions and mares.
After growing up going racing, Jamie caught the bug for good at the Cheltenham Festival while studying economics at the Univeristy of Bristol. After graduating, he gained experience at Whitsbury Manor Stud and New England Stud, before joining the BHA graduate programme, which placed him at the National Stud in Newmarket for a short stint. But he never left and Jamie was appointed nominations manager in 2021, taking over from Joe Callan, and is now sales and nominations manager.
