Bloodstock Conference 2024: Richard Phillips

National Racehorse Week was conceived thanks to Richard’s idea for a National Racehorse Day to promote the wonderful lives equine athletes have. The Adlestrop Stables trainer also talks about his journey in to horse racing and the importance of nurturing young talent entering the industry, looking after them, teaching them, and giving them career opportunities.
